Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock rotation, cycle counts, and location updates
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to weight distribution protocols
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and digital inventory systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and promote safety culture across operations
- Support emergency inventory projects requiring extended overtime availability
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license with 2+ years operational experience
- Proficiency in RF scanners and warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong mathematical aptitude for inventory calculations and shipment verification
- Clear background check and pre-employment drug screening required
- Experience in temperature-controlled warehouse environments preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late shift flexibility
