Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily for optimal performance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Document operations and report equipment issues promptly
- Support loading/unloading activities at receiving docks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
