Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance or report malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
