Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies at all times.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including pallet wrapping and labeling.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience needed. We will train you to become a certified operator.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a valid forklift certification upon hiring.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose location.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
