Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to move, load, and unload materials with precision.
- Ensure safety compliance at all times, adhering to OSHA regulations and company protocols.
- Manage inventory by accurately counting stock and logging shipments into the system.
- Prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling for transport.
- Maintain a tidy workspace, including sweeping floors and organizing aisles for optimal workflow.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to prevent errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (Class A or B) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the St. Petersburg facility.
