Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and shipments
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory flow and storage efficiency
- Accurately document inventory movements and complete paperwork
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
