Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety.
- Organize and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
