Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of daily activities
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support warehouse cleanup and organization initiatives
- Work overtime shifts as required to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible schedule availability including overtime shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
