Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products in warehouse environment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management system (WMS)
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/untract trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Train new hires on safety procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
