Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently process, pack, and ship customer orders using advanced scanning systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Collaborate in fast-paced team environment to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize handheld devices for order tracking and system updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA PIT certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn digital systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
