Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) such as forklifts and order pickers with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and Amazon safety standards in all operational activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Support high-volume peak season operations with flexible scheduling availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid state-issued driver's license if operating PIT equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
