Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage zones
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality accuracy
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (coolers/freezers)
- Reliable transportation to the Bakersfield facility
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Commitment to safety and teamwork principles
