Responsibilities
- Scan, sort, and process incoming shipments with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation systems
- Pack and prepare orders for same-day shipping
- Maintain OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer proficiency with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Forklift certification (preferred, training provided)
