Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and sort inventory using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all Amazon policies and performance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
