Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (conveyors, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to 1000 Amazon Way
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
