Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy to ensure high service levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and hourly productivity goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
