Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99%+ accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and report safety hazards
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation roles)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
