Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature ranges (-20°F to 40°F) in refrigerated storage areas
- Inspect and document product integrity, packaging, and inventory levels
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product movement and stacking
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP, FDA guidelines)
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
- Complete accurate inventory reports and shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
