Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in refrigerated environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems safely
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas, equipment, and packaging materials
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments with speed and accuracy
- Conduct routine inventory audits and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environments (32-40°F)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
