Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in temperature-controlled zones
- Inspect and document product integrity using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient inventory rotation
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment
- Conduct daily sanitation and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends)
