Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated storage facilities
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine inventory audits and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and OSHA safety standards at all times
- Operate refrigeration equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Complete quality control checks and documentation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage or warehouse environments
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
