Position Overview: We seek a skilled Forklift Operator to manage inventory, optimize storage, and ensure seamless warehouse operations. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanning technology
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Load/unload trailers with precision and efficiency
- Document material movements in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years of warehouse forklift operation experience
- Proficiency with inventory scanning systems (e.g., RF scanners)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for WMS operations
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
