Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanning systems and digital tracking platforms
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating warehouse equipment
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
