Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving with precision.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse productivity and order accuracy.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10 or equivalent) required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1+ years of experience operating sit-down forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or High Reach).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record).
