Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and physical counts
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Optimize storage layouts and organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Forklift certification and proficiency operating heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
