Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and warehouse management system updates
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Prepare and pack shipments according to customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Certification in forklift operation or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
