Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas following 5S methodology
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn warehouse software systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
