Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper handling of fragile items
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
