Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation systems
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Pass pre-employment background check
