Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Operate packaging equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Organize and label packages for efficient shipping
- Participate in regular safety training and warehouse clean-up
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
