Responsibilities
- Pack orders: Accurately and securely pack products according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inventory Verification: Cross-reference picking tickets with inventory to ensure order accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize hand trucks, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (RFID) efficiently.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep packing stations and aisles clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and pickers to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and shipping documentation.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
