Responsibilities
- Pack products securely according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Label packages accurately using barcode scanners and labeling machinery.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with the picking team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
