Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or quality issues before processing.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the fulfillment center.
- Reconcile inventory and update stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs) during shifts.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels, barcodes, and product descriptions.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
