Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal products according to specifications using appropriate materials
- Scan and label packages for inventory tracking and shipment verification
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate packaging machinery (training provided)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Prior warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
