Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a 5S compliant workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Valid PIT certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory management
- Availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to our South Seattle facility
