Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory in warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Support physical inventory audits and warehouse reorganization projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in overnight shift environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
