Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation procedures
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
