Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with precise FIFO protocols and safety compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging for damage verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate daily productivity reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
