Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, and stock incoming merchandise using material handling equipment
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners per OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity in WMS systems
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Uphold 5S principles for workplace safety and organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
