Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error accuracy for same-day shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocol
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in monthly safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanner technology and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
