Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during inbound and outbound operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and nightly productivity goals.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
