Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
