Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Verify product accuracy and maintain organized inventory in assigned zones
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Report inventory discrepancies and participate in cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
