Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves and storage areas according to customer orders.
- Verify inventory accuracy using barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all packages are securely wrapped, labeled, and staged for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
