Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly managed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
