Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damage prior to packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Label packages correctly and update inventory systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
