Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Ensure proper labeling, wrapping, and sealing of packages for safe shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks as directed by management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory and price checks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
