Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders with high accuracy using handheld RF scanners.
- Ensuring all packages are securely sealed, properly labeled, and ready for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Performing regular quality control checks to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
