Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from inventory shelves according to digital pick tickets and order requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all packed orders to minimize shipping errors and returns.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld barcode scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify shipment contents against packing slips and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
