Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse floor based on pick tickets with 99.9% accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-hour shift.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
